Terms of Service

What this covers¶
These terms cover the nanoblox websites (hdadmin.com, nanoblox.com and their subdomains, including the dashboard at dashboard.hdadmin.com and the forum at forum.hdadmin.com), the charts service, and the dashboard waitlist. The HD Admin, TopbarPlus and ZonePlus modules themselves are licensed separately under the licence in each project's repository.
Using our services¶
Use them honestly. Don't attempt to break, overload, or abuse our services, submit data that isn't yours to submit, register games you don't operate, or use our services to harass anyone. We may remove data or block access where something is being abused.
Your content and data¶
Data you submit stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run the services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Things you post and upload¶
The forum lets you post text, images and short videos. Whatever you post stays yours. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize, transcode and display it so the forum can show it, for as long as it's on the site. Only post things you have the right to post. Screenshots and clips of games you play are fine, other people's private details or private messages are not.
We don't allow sexual content, real-world violence, hate, harassment, spam or anything unlawful, and nothing at all involving the sexual abuse of children. Every upload is checked automatically before anyone else can see it, and posts and comments can be held for a person to look at. If something is refused, your account is paused from posting for a short while, longer if it keeps happening, and we may ban accounts that don't stop. We can remove anything at any time, and videos may be taken off old posts once they've been resolved.
Uploads are hosted by Cloudflare rather than on our own servers. The Privacy Policy says what that means for your data.
Reporting abuse¶
If you see something on the forum that shouldn't be there, use the Flag button on the post, or email ben@nanoblox.com with "abuse" in the subject and a link to it. Copyright complaints go to the same address with details of the work and where it appears. We act on reports quickly, remove anything illegal on sight, and report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
No warranty¶
Our websites and services are provided as-is, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep everything reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the services to the maximum extent the law allows.
Roblox¶
nanoblox isn't endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. When you use our services, including signing in with your Roblox account, you agree to also follow Roblox's Terms of Use. Your agreement here is with nanoblox alone, not with Roblox, and Roblox isn't responsible for our services. To the maximum extent the law allows, you waive any claims against Roblox Corporation arising from your use of our services.
Changes¶
We may update these terms as the services evolve; the date above tells you when they last changed.
