Terms of Service

What this covers¶
These terms cover the nanoblox websites (hdadmin.com, nanoblox.com and their subdomains, including the dashboard at dashboard.hdadmin.com), the charts service, and the dashboard waitlist. The HD Admin, TopbarPlus and ZonePlus modules themselves are licensed separately under the licence in each project's repository.
Using our services¶
Use them honestly. Don't attempt to break, overload, or abuse our services, submit data that isn't yours to submit, register games you don't operate, or use our services to harass anyone. We may remove data or block access where something is being abused.
Your content and data¶
Data you submit stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run the services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty¶
Our websites and services are provided as-is, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep everything reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the services to the maximum extent the law allows.
Roblox¶
nanoblox isn't endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. When you use our services, including signing in with your Roblox account, you agree to also follow Roblox's Terms of Use. Your agreement here is with nanoblox alone, not with Roblox, and Roblox isn't responsible for our services. To the maximum extent the law allows, you waive any claims against Roblox Corporation arising from your use of our services.
